Originally, both the semi-final and final matches were scheduled for July 23 as a doubleheader, but due to high WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) values, the final was postponed to the next day, July 24, for the safety of the students.

In the final match, the team achieved a come-from-behind victory against Nagaoka Daini JHS, a team they had not beaten once this academic year.

This marks the first-ever consecutive championship at the Yamashiro Regional Tournament in the school's history.
