[IG Course] Grade 12 Students Depart for Overseas Study Tours!

This summer, 162 Grade 12 students from the IG (International Global) Course have departed on their eagerly awaited overseas study tours.

Students in the Canada, U.S., and U.K. courses are participating in language training programs, staying with host families for two weeks while attending local schools. They will take English classes and engage in a variety of cultural and country-specific activities such as sports, university visits, and sightseeing at world heritage sites. Meanwhile, students in the Australia course will take part in a theme-based program focused on environmental conservation. Their itinerary includes visits to wildlife reserves and interaction with wild dolphins, culminating in presentations about their learning experiences in the local context.

This cohort was unable to fully enjoy school trips or study abroad programs during junior high due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We sincerely hope this overseas training will become a meaningful and memorable experience for each of them.

The destinations, dates, and number of participants for each course are as follows:

・Canada Course (26 students): August 15 – August 27 (13 days)

・U.S. Course (40 students): August 16 – August 28 (13 days)

・U.K. Course (32 students): August 16 – August 29 (14 days)

・Australia Course (64 students): August 18 – August 25 (8 days)
