On August 24, at the 59th Uji City General Sports Festival (Badminton Division), first-year student Kanon Fujisaka won 3rd place in the Girls’ Singles, Block 2. Despite the pressure of her first official tournament, she showcased tenacious play and achieved an impressive 3rd place finish.

"I was nervous because it was my first match, but I’m really happy with the result. I want to do even better next time."
