[Junior High Girls’ Tennis] A Strong Debut for the New Team – Runner-Up Finish and Kinki Tournament Qualification!

On Saturday, September 14, the Kyoto Preliminary Round of the Kinki Private Junior High School Tennis Championship was held at the Doshisha International Junior High School tennis courts. Our junior high girls’ tennis team proudly participated in the tournament.

This was the new team’s first official match. Each member showcased their skills and played with unity and determination. With impressive victories in both the first round and the semifinals, they advanced to the finals. Although they narrowly missed the championship, they earned a commendable runner-up finish and secured a spot in the upcoming Kinki Tournament.

The girls’ tennis team will compete next in the “Kinki Private Junior High School Tennis Championship for Reiwa 7,” to be held on October 4 at Asuka Tennis Courts. We look forward to their continued growth and success—thank you for your support!
