The second round of the Kyoto Prefectural Qualifier for the 2025 National Tournament was held on Sunday, September 21, at the Ritsumeikan Uji Junior and Senior High School Ground. The Ritsumeikan Uji High School Panthers faced off against the Kyoto Ryoyo High School Warriors, and achieved a mercy rule victory partway through the 4th quarter with a 42-point lead.
