“U18 Basketball League Kyoto 2025” began in October. Our Girls’ Basketball Team belongs to District League J Block and will face four teams between October and November. If they finish 1st in their block, they will advance to a tournament to earn a spot in the upper league.

On Sunday, October 26, the team played their opening game against Ryukoku University Heian High School at our own gym. With nerves and excitement, the players gave their all in this important first match of the league.

Ritsumeikan Uji High School 85 – 18 Ryukoku University Heian High School

The team struggled to widen the score gap in the first half (Q1 & Q2), but in the second half, they displayed relentless defense and explosive offense, dominating the third quarter with a score of 36–2. Maintaining their momentum in the fourth quarter, they secured an 85–18 victory.

Notably, every registered member both played and scored, showcasing each player’s unique strengths in a well-rounded team effort.
