Fierce Battle at Koshien Stadium — Junior High Panthers Narrowly Fall 7-14
On Sunday, December 14, 2025, the Kansai Junior High School American Football Championship Final was held at Koshien Stadium. This traditional match is held every year as a pre-game event for the collegiate championship “Koshien Bowl.” Representing their third consecutive and ninth overall appearance, the Ritsumeikan Uji Junior High Panthers faced off against the Keimei Gakuin Junior High Saints and narrowly lost 7-14, finishing as runners-up.

The Ritsumeikan Uji Junior High Panthers took the field on the same sideline as the Ritsumeikan University Panthers, cheered on by the university cheerleaders, supportive parents, and Ritsumeikan University students. The unified support of the entire Ritsumeikan family gave the players a powerful boost on the grand stage of Koshien Stadium.
