A Time of Dialogue Connecting to the Future — Pre-Graduation Three-Grade Exchange

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the HR Executive Committee organized a “Three-Grade Pre-Graduation Exchange” event.

This event brought together third-year junior high students preparing for graduation and first- and second-year students in a collaborative three-grade initiative. Under the theme “Let’s Hear from the Graduating Third-Year Students”, mixed groups of six to seven students from all three grades were formed, and the session began in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

After self-introductions, students used question cards to guide their discussions. Topics ranged from memories of school trips and memorable school events to more forward-looking themes such as “What should we accomplish during junior high school?”, “Future career paths,” and “Advice for younger students.” The third-year students shared thoughtful and heartfelt reflections based on their own experiences, while the first- and second-year students listened attentively.

There were also moments when graduating students spoke about their career choices and how they had approached each day with their future in mind. The younger students actively asked questions, deepening their understanding of their own upcoming school life and future paths.

For the third-year students on the verge of graduation, the exchange provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on their school years. For the first- and second-year students, it offered a concrete vision of their own future through the example of their seniors.

The important messages shared by the third-year students were passed on through meaningful dialogue across grade levels. It was a memorable occasion in which the baton of school life was quietly and warmly handed over to the next generation.
