Ritsumeikan Uji has an alumni association known as “Hououkai”, which carries out various initiatives aimed at strengthening connections among graduates.

Following the success of the first Business Networking Event held last year—where new networks were formed across different professional fields and many meaningful connections were established—the second Business Networking Event was recently organized.

On the day of the event, alumni active in a wide range of industries and professions gathered to share updates and exchange information. The shared bond of having the same alma mater naturally sparked lively conversations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere even among those meeting for the first time. Participants built new relationships and experienced a valuable opportunity that may lead to future collaboration and business development.

Looking ahead, Hououkai aims to host this event approximately twice a year, continuing to create opportunities that connect even more alumni. It is our hope that the ties formed through our alma mater will continue to grow and flourish.
