On March 19, 2026, Ritsumeikan Uji High School held the completion ceremony for its new student dormitory, “Ritsumeikan Uji Dormitory” (nickname: RUD).

On the day of the ceremony, we were honored by the presence of many guests and stakeholders. Together, we celebrated the completion of the new dormitory and marked an important milestone as we look ahead to its future use. This dormitory has been developed under the theme of a “Living Learning Community,” serving not only as a place to live but also as a “hub for learning and growth” that embodies the educational philosophy of our school.
The new dormitory will officially open on April 1, 2026. Through this facility, our school aims to further enhance the acceptance of students from Japan and abroad, while continuing to develop an educational environment that supports the growth of every student.
