High School Soccer — International Exchange with a Top New Zealand School: Friendly Match Held
The soccer team from Tauranga Boys’ College in New Zealand visited our school and played a friendly match with our high school soccer team.
Tauranga Boys’ College is a top-level school with championship experience in New Zealand, and their visit provided a highly valuable opportunity for international exchange for our students.
The event began with a welcome speech in English delivered by a student representative from our school, followed by greetings in English from the Tauranga Boys’ College students. Afterward, the teams exchanged gifts and took commemorative photos, deepening交流 in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Before the match began, the students of Tauranga Boys’ College performed the Haka, energizing the entire venue with their powerful and dynamic presentation.
In the friendly match that followed, players from both schools gave their all, resulting in an intense and exciting game. The match remained competitive until the very end, with the venue filled with enthusiastic cheers.
Through this exchange, students deepened their international understanding through soccer and gained valuable experiences that transcended language and cultural differences. We will continue to cherish such opportunities and connect them to even richer learning experiences.
