On Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, the FY2026 Uji City Junior High School Spring Baseball Tournament was held, and our junior high school rubber baseball team achieved a शानदार championship victory.

In the autumn tournament, the team suffered a heartbreaking come-from-behind walk-off loss to the eventual champions. However, in this tournament, they fully demonstrated the results of their winter training and were able to fight through as a united team. It was also a valuable achievement to showcase our team’s characteristic style of play in front of the families and teachers who have continuously supported us.

The next tournament is the Yamashiro Spring Match 2026, which will be held during Golden Week (a tournament featuring 31 teams from the Yamashiro area). Through matches against strong teams from across Kyoto Prefecture, the team aims to achieve further growth in preparation for the summer tournament.
