The junior high school soccer team won the Uji City Junior High School Spring Soccer Tournament, which was held over two days on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26.
First Round vs. Makishima Junior High School 2–1
Semifinal vs. Uji JHS / Nishi-Uji JHS / Obaku JHS Combined Team 1–0
Final vs. Higashi-Uji Junior High School 3–1
They secured the championship by winning a series of closely contested matches.
Although it is a preparatory tournament, the team will participate in the Yamashiro Spring Cup (Division 1), to be held on May 2–3, as the top team from Uji City.
