On Sunday, May 3, 2026, the Kyoto Prefecture Qualifiers for the 55th Kansai High School American Football Championship were held, and the Ritsumeikan Uji High School Panthers faced Doshisha International High School, securing a 40–0 shutout victory.

As a result, the Ritsumeikan Uji High School Panthers have qualified to compete in the 55th Kansai High School American Football Championship as the Kyoto representative. Their first game will be in the second round (June 6, 10:00 @ MKTFE).
