On Sunday, June 14, 2026, the 24th Kansai Junior High School American Football Championship Final was held at the Ritsumeikan Uji Junior and Senior High School Ground. The Ritsumeikan Uji Panthers faced the Kwansei Gakuin Junior High School Fighters and secured a 6–2 victory, earning the prestigious title of Kansai Champions.

Ritsumeikan Uji opened the scoring in the first half with a touchdown to take a 6–0 lead. Both teams then showcased strong defensive performances, resulting in a tense battle with few scoring opportunities. In the fourth quarter, Kwansei Gakuin recorded a safety and narrowed the gap by two points, but the Panthers remained focused and held firm on defense until the final whistle, preserving their 6–2 lead.
