On Monday, July 13, a whole-dorm homeroom (HR) meeting was held for all dormitory residents. Following the meeting, the newly appointed Resident Assistants (RAs), who were selected last month, organized a farewell party for the international exchange students, with nearly 70 students taking part.

Our student dormitory regularly welcomes international exchange students from around the world. This time, a total of nine students—two from Germany, three from Canada, two from France, and two from the United States—lived together with the dorm residents for periods ranging from two weeks to three months. Sharing meals, daily life, and dormitory events under the same roof provides a valuable opportunity to deepen cross-cultural understanding and develop language skills in ways that go beyond classroom learning.

During the farewell party, students enjoyed juice and snacks while sharing memories of their time together at each table. To conclude the event, each exchange student gave a heartfelt message to everyone, receiving warm applause from the audience.

The main activity of the evening was the "RUD Diary." Students who were leaving the dormitory wrote about their experiences during their stay and shared heartfelt messages with the dorm community, leaving behind a lasting record of their time at RUD.
