High School Baseball Team Advances to the Kyoto Summer Tournament Semifinals!

On July 22, our High School Baseball Team defeated Fukuchiyama Seibi High School by a score of 9–4 in the quarterfinals of the 108th National High School Baseball Championship Kyoto Tournament, earning a place in the semifinals.
The team jumped out to an early 3–0 lead in the first inning, but surrendered four runs in the bottom half of the inning to fall behind. They battled back to tie the game in the fourth inning, and a series of timely hits in the late innings secured the victory. It was a game that showcased the players' determination, resilience, and outstanding teamwork.
Tomorrow, the team will take the field in the semifinals.
They will face Kyoto Shoei High School at 11:30 a.m. at WAKASA Stadium Kyoto.
We hope the team will trust in the hard work they have put in throughout the season and compete with the determination and spirit that define Ritsumeikan Uji.
