High school students play ice hockey
We are pleased to introduce the activities of Kotake Ririyu, a sophomore SA (Scholar Athlete & Artist) in high school.
On August 4 and 5, he participated in the 17th National High School Ice Hockey Tournament held at the Shiratori-Oji Ice Arena as a representative player. This tournament is a national competition for high school ice hockey clubs and club teams.
Words from Mr. Kotake who participated in the competition
"While many teams had to withdraw due to the coronavirus, we are happy that we were able to successfully compete in the tournament. Unfortunately, however, we were unable to win our group league and advance to the final tournament. This confirms my inexperience, and I will continue to devote myself to the sport on a daily basis."
We look forward to his continued success.
