【Junior High School Baseball Club】Held a Conditioning Improvement Workshop
On Friday, August 28, we welcomed Mr. Yoshitomo Ogawa and Mr. Tsubasa Nishida from Nozomi Osteopathic Clinic to conduct a conditioning workshop. Our connection with them began through a Christmas community clean-up activity, and we were delighted to have them hold the workshop again this year, following last year's session.
During the workshop, AI-based posture analysis was conducted using photos that we had submitted in advance, and the results were explained to the students. After learning about the importance of good posture, the students had the opportunity to try specific core training exercises. By understanding how these exercises relate to their regular training, the club members gained a deeper appreciation of the purpose and importance of their daily practice.
At the end of the session, the instructors carefully answered questions from the club members. Some students also received brief hands-on treatment and were able to experience firsthand how much lighter and more comfortable their bodies felt afterward.
The club members commented, "First, we want to become people who can give back and pay forward the kindness we have received through our play and activities. And even when we become adults, we hope to be wonderful people like everyone at Nozomi Osteopathic Clinic, passing on to others the kindness and support that we ourselves have received."
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ogawa and Mr. Nishida of Nozomi Osteopathic Clinic for providing us with this valuable opportunity.
