* Please come to the venue with time to spare. Door opening times may change due to certain circumstances.
Directions: Please use public transportation as the area surrounding the venue is expected to be very crowded on the day.

Approx. 16-minute walk from Jingu-marutamachi Station (Keihan Main Line, Keihan Electric Railway)

(1) From JR Kyoto Station
- City bus #5 or #100: Get off at "Okazaki Koen/Bijutsukan, Heian Jingu-mae" stop - City bus #206 (bound for Kitaoji bus terminal via Higashiyama-dori Street): Get off at "Higashiyama Nijo, Okazaki Koen-guchi" stop
(2) From Hankyu Kawaramachi Station
- City bus #5: Get off at "Okazaki Koen/Bijutsukan, Heian Jingu-mae" stop
- City bus #32 or #46: Get off at "Okazaki Koen/ROHM Theatre Kyoto, Miyakomesse" stop
- City bus #31, #201 or #203: Get off at "Higashiyama Nijo, Okazaki Koen-guchi" stop
(3) From Keihan Sanjo Station
- City bus #5: Get off at "Okazaki Koen/Bijutsukan, Heian Jingu-mae" stop


- Please note that the time of the entrance ceremony varies by the College/Graduate School you are enrolled in.
- The entrance ceremony is a highly formal event. Please be seated before the ceremony begins.
- New students and their family members will not be seated in the same venue. Family members are not permitted to enter the ceremony venue for new students.
- Students in wheelchairs or who need assistance (e.g. sign language interpretation) should contact the administrative office of their College/Graduate School in advance.
- Before attending the entrance ceremony on Sunday, April 2, incoming undergraduate students must attend the new student orientation held at their home campus on Saturday, April 1. (The orientation date for graduate students differs by Graduate School.)
