When contacting your prospective supervising professor, please submit ʻResearch Plan (Form ISE)’ to him/her.
International Student Admissions
These admissions are only for those who live outside of Japan at the time of application and cannot visit Ritsumeikan University to take an entrance examination
.
Even those who live outside of Japan, however, are ineligible to apply if they meet any of conditions 1 to 3 below.
1. Those who graduate university in Japan within one year of the time of application.
2. Those who have a valid Japanese Residence Card at the time of application or those who have a Japanese Residence Status greater than three months in length.
3. Those who do not plan to newly obtain the Japanese Residence Status of 'student' in order to enroll in the graduate school.
