How to Check Your Balance of Research Funds

At Ritsumeikan University, we have introduced the "Research Funds Management System" as a part of environment enhancement related to the proper spending of research funds. With this system, researchers themselves can check their research fund's spending status or the remaining balance from all public or private grants.

Note that this system is only displayed in Japanese. When you use it, please make use of Google Chrome Translation (please open Chrome on your computer). It helps switch the language to your language.

To access the System, you will need to enter a Ritsumeikan e-mail (Office365) user ID and Password. (The part before the "@" is sufficient for the ID.) The Research Funds Management System can also be accessed at locations such as your home or an off-campus research agency.
