Program Scheme
(1)	Minimum 15 students to start, 2 to 8 weeks long
(2)	We can offer Japanese Language Classes and/or Culture and/or Special Lectures.
(3)	Language class is not mandatory.
(4)	At least 6 months advance notice required

This is a sample schedule for a 2-week program. We will customize a program for your group.

Your students will take lectures delivered by professors of Ritsumeikan University. They will be able to enhance their knowledge and wisdom.

We can offer beginner to advanced Japanese Language Classes to meet your special needs. We will offer three 50-minute language classes a day, up to 3 classes. They are not mandatory.

Our 90 min long Japan Studies classes are wonderful. They offer a once in a lifetime experience for your students.

Those who participate in programs of 4 weeks or longer should submit the "Health Certificate Form for International Students, Ritsumeikan University" signed by a health care provider or a physician. If they have any ongoing care/treatment, they should have details on the "Medical Information & Certificate" with their doctor's note including sentences that approve your students' participation for this program with application forms

It is the students' responsibility to declare their current health conditions when they apply for programs that are less than 4 weeks long. After declaring health conditions, some students will be asked to fill out our official health check form with their health care provider at their own expense.

We will offer reasonably priced accommodation in our student dormitory.
