Definition of Academic Policies:
Academic policies provide a framework by which to ensure consistent academic standards and practices for all students, staff, and faculty in the College of Global Liberal Arts (GLA). These policies apply to all students at GLA and are relevant to both Cohort A and Cohort B students unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Definition of Procedures:
Procedures outline the specific steps and processes that students, staff, and faculty must follow in accordance with academic policies. They provide clarity on how policies are implemented and adhered to within the college.
Scope and Applicability:
Academic policies and procedures are subject to change by the college and/or university at any time.
All persons at the college should ensure they are consulting the most up-to-date versions of all policies and procedures. Students should consult their academic advisors and/or the GLA Office for any changes that might affect them.
