1.Response Policy for Ceremonies, and Events, related to the spread of COVID-19

(1) Extension of the period of application: The period of application has been extended from May 2 to the end of July.
Please note that the period in question may be changed in response to future changes in circumstances.

(2) Approach to holding ceremonies and events
■It is recommended that non-essential and non-urgent events be cancelled or postponed.
■It is recommended that get-togethers and exchange events that involve buffet-style dinners and events in which a number of people touch the same items also be cancelled or postponed due to the high risk of transmission by indirect and direct contact transmission and droplet infection.
■It is recommended that training retreat-style events that involve staying somewhere overnight also be cancelled or postponed.
■It is recommended that events that involve renting transportation (e.g. bus, etc.) and travelling as a group be cancelled or postponed.

3. Rental of classrooms, halls, etc.

In accordance with the above policies, we will ask the organizer to consider whether to cancel or postpone the event if you want to rent a classroom or hall. Please note that we will not charge a cancellation fee if you have decided not to rent them.
In case that the organizer cannot avoid holding the event, they must take appropriate infection control measures. In addition, even if an event is held, we request that you should cancel any social gatherings associated with the event.
We will not accept applications for the rental of classrooms or halls until the end of July at this time. Your understanding is appreciated.
