For forms that require the prospective supervisor’s name (GSSE2, GSSE3),
please complete the required information electronically and send the forms to your prospective supervisor.
Ask your prospective supervisor to complete the required sections.

After receiving the completed forms from your prospective supervisor in PDF format,
please upload them to Ritsu-Mate during the application period.
