Mission Statement

The Center for East Asian Peace and Cooperation at Ritsumeikan University is committed to providing the highest quality of research as well as nonpartisan policy analysis on critical issues involving peace and cooperation in East Asia. As a research hub on global and regional issues located in Kyoto, Japan, we will promote dialogue and strengthen cooperation with our counterparts in East Asia, the United States, and Europe.
