To Class of AY2013 Alumni:
*The Certificates of Graduation issued in AY2013 differ from the format stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, so it cannot be used to apply to sit the National Examination for Pharmacists. Please obtain a new Certificate of Graduation before applying to sit the National Examination.
