Highly-skilled management personnel tackle the complexly intertwined challenges of
modern food-related economic activities,
possess knowledge of multiple food-related academic fields, as well as understand the
economic and social mechanisms and
people's economic behavior related to food. They also have the management ability to build mechanisms that efficiently sustain the economic system of food and contribute to
the whole of society. We cultivate highly
specialized professionals and researchers
who can create food-related innovations and plan their social implementation.
