Research Organizations, Institutes and Centers at Ritsumeikan
Ritsumeikan University has established research organizations to promote research in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences in an aim to be selected for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (Kakenhi) awarded by the government for creative, pioneering research, and to form a global research site.
The research institutes and research centers under the umbrella of these research organizations conduct a broad range of activities, from the basics to application. They also engage proactively in research exchange with the national and local governments and industry, returning the results to society.
