Teamwork allowed me to improve my study habits
Teamwork
I worked a lot with other people in CAS groups such as the ecology center.
Teamwork
When i was working with my group, my group wasn't as successfully at communicating and we had to rush at the end of the due date for the project. However, for other groups, they were successful by diving the work and having good communication, which I thought that was good teamwork.
Teamwork
I had to work in groups for big picture and we had to cooperate as a group to make sure we made a good presentation.
Teamwork
I think I acquired to the greatest degree in resilience through the Koufusai Preparation after the summer holiday. As I helped in the preparation and planning team of the class event, I faced several troubles such as not having much time left, different opinions within class, and the financial aspects. Through this experience, I learned the importance of having responsibility and communication, which built my resilience.
Resilience
It was a great many months ago, in the long-ago time of 2023. I had been sitting at my desk in my classroom on the third floor of my beloved academic institution, studying for a Phys Ed. test that would not really affect my grade in any way but that I was made to study for to test my knowledge of car accidents at that time, when somebody asked me for help with their studies. I had made her acquaintance on several occasions prior to the one mentioned, but we had never really interacted apart from mandatory learning sessions involving group activities that various teacher chose using random roulette generators on the internet, and yet I was entirely willing to help her with studying for the test. It turned out that she was very knowledgeable on the subject, having an interest in car crashing for some unfathomable reason, and both of us scored highly on the ten-minute quiz and went on to experience no significant change in our academic lives and yet having gained a new friend, with me having the added bonus of now being able to listen to car crash stats whenever I wanted.
Resilience
When I was with my teammates of Baton twirling club, we collaborated to match a movement that looked quite messy and from then, I learnt how to work collaboratively with others and give advice to improve.
Teamwork
I was doing things on my own while I ignored the rest of my team but I was told by the people watching over us to work with others and I gradually lost work load and things became easier.
Teamwork
when doing chorus practise, i realised that teamwork is crucial for it.
