Safeguarding Students’ Living Environments on the Premise of Diversity and Responding to Consultations Regarding Problems
In your student life, there will be times when you will face difficulties. A variety of consultation desks are available to respond to the various problems students face. Responsible staff members are in charge of each consultation desk, and the confidentiality of the consultation content is strictly maintained. If you have a problem, don’t bottle it up inside yourself; come and discuss your issue at a consultation desk. Also, if you do not know where to go to consult about your problems, please visit the Office of Student Affairs first.

They provide a variety of services to meet the needs of students, including seminar videos that provide tips for handling student life issues, Peer Supporter events that allow students to learn from each other, and individual consultations with SSP coordinators.

In addition to carrying out the annual medical examination and providing a “travel clinic” (for vaccinations etc.), doctors and nurses at the center provide health management services and support, as well as internal medicine and psychiatric services. There is also a “Fever Clinic” on each campus. Please check their consultation hours via the Ritsumeikan Medical Service Center website.
Harassment Prevention Committee
Harassment advisors are assigned to each campus to offer harassment consultation services. If you are involved in a harassment situation and having trouble figuring out what to do, or if you are having difficulty finding a solution to the problem, please consult with an advisor. The Harassment Prevention Committee is required to maintain confidentiality and will not disclose the contents of consultations to others.
