President Mikio Yoshida of Ritsumeikan University (RU) and President Shun Korenaga of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) had a talk on the challenge that RU and APU expand as the designated university for the Top Global University project by the Japanese government as well as the initiatives taken by the universities.
