The award ceremony for the first issue of the AJI Journal was held!

The AJI Editorial Board has established the "Best Article Award for AJI Journal" to honor excellent research papers. Gold and silver prizes are awarded to the finest papers published in each year's edition.
The first volume of the AJI Journal was published in July 2019. After a rigorous selection process, the Editorial Board awarded the AJI Journal Best Article Gold Award, to Dr. Marina Nishii, for her paper entitled, "Out of the Destruction of Hiroshima: The Social History from Primary Sources of Rebuilding Human Lives during the City's Reconstruction". The Silver Award went to Dr. Fitrio Arshardiono for his paper on "Protecting Japanese Tea Growers from the Devastating Effects of Climate Change: A Terroir Based Ecosystem Approach for Rural Development".
The first award ceremony was held on February 18, 2020, and award certificates and commemorative plaques were presented to the winning authors. Congratulations to both of them!

You are cordially invited to submit your manuscripts to the Journal of the Asia-Japan Research Institute of Ritsumeikan University.
